NOMAR's Commercial Investment Division (CID) was formed to foster knowledge, education, integrity, and professionalism in the field of commercial real estate and to create more opportunities for success for all its members. ​

Members enjoy a host of benefits and services, including free access to specialized commercial education classes, a yearly scholarship program that awards multiple $1,500 scholarships for additional training, discounted access to the Louisiana Commercial Database (LACDB.com), a yearly awards program, and networking opportunities with other commercial real estate professionals.
