Each year, CID gathers at its annual Awards Ceremony to recognize commercial agents and brokers for their outstanding sales and leasing production. This year's event will be held Friday, March 27 from 11:30 AM - 2:30 PM at Arnaud's. Tickets are now on sale!
The deadline to submit a 2025 awards application has been extended to February 27, 2026 by 4 PM. To apply, please complete the deal spreadsheet and upload it via the Achievement and Special Awards Application form. Enter information on all deals completed in 2025 on the "Deal List" tab of the downloadable spreadsheet, in columns A-G and I (do not edit column H, which automatically calculates individually allocated Total Credit Volume). The "Totals" tab contains formulas that will allow you to double-check your running tally.
CID contracts with an independent third party, Corcoran and Bernard CPAs, to verify totals and identify winners based on information submitted. Therefore, you may be asked to submit a closing document, lease summary and signature page, or other similar official supporting documents for each transaction. Deal sheets are only viewed by NOMAR staff and Corcoran and Bernard CPAs, and proprietary information (such as client names and sale/lease amounts) is held confidential upon request. Asset class winners and self-nominated deals will be required to submit additional descriptive and marketing information to be eligible for Deal of the Year consideration.
