Ready, Set, Flex! First Steps

A quick update on the progress towards the ROAM MLS platform unification. Our projected “go live” is on track for the fourth quarter of this year; this means that all members will transition away from Matrix or Paragon to a single, new, statewide instance of Flexmls. Where we’re at: Currently the transition team is completing review of system field-mapping to support data migration.

What’s next: Critical testing will begin, first among staff, followed by member user group testing access.

On the horizon: In October, we anticipate a period of parallel access and virtual training of approximately two weeks for all members. The target “go-live” is scheduled for late October, accompanied by in-depth in person training.

How to prepare: Save your saved searches, auto emails, and contacts. While this information should move to Flex intact, any large system migration carries the risk of data loss. Best practice recommends to begin recording your information ahead of time to mitigate the risk. To assist with this process, we’ve created a downloadable template you may use here.
