We will discuss the LREC updates to the Residential Purchase Agreement in Louisiana. This course covers the differences that exist between the old and the new Residential Purchase Agreement and the responsibilities of the agent when completing this form. Finally, this course will review essential elements of a valid contract, focusing on Listing and Purchase Agreements in detail.
