This continuing education course provides licensed real estate agents with an in-depth analysis of the One Big Beautiful Bill and its impact on buyers and sellers of real estate. The course examines federal tax law changes affecting residential transactions, investment activity, housing supply, valuation, and compliance considerations, with a particular focus on Louisiana and the New Orleans market.
