LACDB leadership and staff announced recently that at the end of June 2025, LACDB will be moving away from the Moody’s system to a listing-focused platform developed by Resimplifi. Moody’s will no longer be available to LACDB members after June 30, 2025.

What should LACDB members do to prepare?
Members should have received an email notifying them that a new button has been added to the LACDB login dashboard, granting early access to the new LACDB system. Clicking this button will bring users into the new platform so that you can begin to familiarize yourself with the system while the finishing touches are put in place.
All listings from the Moody’s system will be migrated. Before the final cutover, members will need to complete the conversion checklist found below:
- Attend a training
- Check Your Listings for errors
- Check Your Profile for errors and missing information
- Configure Email Preferences
- Set Up Saved searches

Where should listing edits be made?
- Now through June 13th – Users should add listings to Moody’s. Any listings added or listing edits made in the new system before June 16th will be overwritten.
- Friday, June 13th at 11:59pm – Users should stop adding listings into Moody’s
- June 14th -15th – LACDB does a final data pull from Moody’s to the new Resimplifi system
- Monday, June 16th – Users should begin adding listings to the new Resimplifi system

No! Your LACDB username and login will remain the same.
