Check out the latest and greatest in Matrix! Matrix is the go-to listing management platform for over 1M real estate professionals across North America and beyond, and it keeps getting better. Let’s dive into the exciting new enhancements that ROAM MLS participants who use Matrix will be able to take advantage of on Monday, August 12th.

Matrix Dashboard:
  • Redesigned Dashboard: Faster access to essential tools and information that you use every day. Tip: You can switch between the new Dashboard and Classic Dashboard under Settings (click on your name in the upper right-hand corner to access your Settings).
  • New Timeline of Client Activity: Helps you gain more insights on high priority active clients, and their recent activities. TIP: Collapse and expand the Timeline panel as needed, and Matrix will remember how you left it. Click the gear icon to customize which types of events are displayed.

Search:

New Full Listing Display: The tabbed layout showcases comprehensive listing details, tax information, photos, interactive maps, and more, conveniently integrated into the new search.

  • Listing Supplements: Having trouble locating a listing’s documents? Quickly access all supplementary materials via a dedicated tab on the Full View Display.  Then download selected, or all, supplements in a single file.
  • Improved Driving Directions: Seamlessly send selected listings to Google Maps on your computer or to the Google Maps app on your mobile device with a single click. 1

  • Generate Stats for Search Results: Quickly analyze search results to spot opportunities and trends, all within the New Search.

  • Easier Printing of Search Displays: Easily create PDFs or print your search results using our newly integrated Print module within the New Search.
  • Easier Listing Export: Using our new, integrated control, selected properties can now be exported without the user having to leave the New Search page.

  • Sort by Radius Search Distance: When running a search that includes a single radius search shape on the map, the distance from the circle’s center point is automatically displayed as a sortable column in the results list view.
AI-Powered Listing Input with Restb.ai

For MLSs that have Restb.ai, the new add/edit module now offers support for AI-powered listing input.

Using this groundbreaking technology, real estate professionals can create higher quality, more detailed listings faster and with less work.

  • The new functionality can identify specific features within a property photo—including architectural styles, finishes, flooring, appliances, property condition, and other interior and exterior characteristics—and then use that information to autofill a wide variety of listing data fields.
  • This new listing autofill functionality expands the ability to automatically generate image Alt Text metadata and photo captions that comply with HUD/FHA regulations. Of course, the user can review and edit all auto-filled listing data and AI-generated text—the agent is always the expert!
New My Matrix Pages:
  • Redesigned Saved Search & Auto Email Pages: Accessed from the My Matrix menu, the Saved Searches and Auto Email pages have been redesigned using the new phone-friendly interface. These pages now display searches and auto emails the same way as the contact record.

General Usability Enhancements:
  • New Text Size Option: A new Text Size option has been added to the Matrix header which allows you to modify the text size across all “new user interface” pages such as the Dashboard, Contacts, and three-panel Search. Toggle between large (the default), medium, and small text sizes, with medium providing an approximate equivalent of the text size used in all “classic user interface” pages. This change allows you to take advantage of your browser’s zoom functionality across the entire site without concerns about some pages’ text being too big and others’ too small.

  • Maximize Screen Space: To free up additional screen space, you now have the option to collapse and re-expand the header bar’s main navigation menu.
