It’s the end of the year, which is packed with important to-dos for real estate professionals! Here are the most important items you need to complete by December 31, 2024.
- Pay Your NOMAR and CID Dues
All 2025 NOMAR dues, including dues for membership in the Commercial Investment Division, must be paid by November 30, 2024.
- CID Dues: $70
- NOMAR Dues: $603
- You can pay online with a credit card on your NOMAR portal by clicking HERE.
- You may also mail your check to our Southshore office: 3645 N I-10 Service Rd W, Metairie, LA 70002. Please make your check payable to NOMAR.
- If you would prefer to pay over the phone, you may call us at (504) 885-3200 and give your credit card payment to a staff member.
- On December 1, 2024, a late fee of $75 will be assessed.
- Services will be suspended on January 2, 2025, if dues remain unpaid.

- Renew Your License with LREC
If you have not already done so, you must renew your license with LREC by December 31, 2024. All the info you need to do this can be found HERE. You do not need to have finished your continuing education requirements to renew your license. Failure to renew your license by December 31 will result in the expiration of your license.
- Fulfill required 12 hours of CE including the 2024 Mandatory Topic.
You must complete the required 12 hours of continuing education credit, including the 2024 Mandatory topic: Mandated Forms and Hot Topics, by December 31, 2024.
You can check how many hours you have completed on the LREC Website or you may give us a call at (504) 885-3200 and we will be happy to assist you.
Don’t have a total of 12 hours? Here’s how to get what you need:
- To see all course offerings through NOMAR, please visit nomar.org/classes.
- Check the NOMAR Online CE Shop for additional course offerings through our partner vendor.
- Complete your Code of Ethics.
All members must complete at least 2.5 hours of Code of Ethics training (not necessarily CE) during Cycle VII between January 1, 2022 – December 31, 2024 to maintain membership with NOMAR. You must complete Code of Ethics training during this time frame, regardless of when you last completed it.
