Big Wins at the 2024 Commercial Investment Division Awards

On April 18, 2024 the metro New Orleans commercial real estate community gathered to recognize the best, brightest, and highest achieving in the field of commercial real estate in our region. Awards were presented in recognition of career accomplishments and service to the industry, achievement by credit volume, as well as achievement in sales and leasing throughout the retail, industrial, office, and land sectors. Here are the winners:

  • YPN Rising Star – Given annually to a REALTOR® or Affiliate of CID, 40 years of age or younger, who has demonstrated excellence in the areas of sales, leadership, and community involvement.

  • Service to the Industry – Given annually to a REALTOR® member of CID who has served the Board, our members, and the community, and has enhanced the commercial REALTOR® image.

  • Achievement Awards recognize production by volume for the previous (awards) year in five categories – Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. This year’s awards program represents over 851 transactions and, by sale and lease prices, over $963 million in real estate activity.
