This course will teach participants the importance of identifying property characteristics so that they can better select comparable properties to use in pricing their subject property. Topics covered: classification of property type, legal description, property location, site details, improvement details, ownership interest, and market value.
“No-shows” will be charged $20.00 or forfeit tuition, whichever is higher, and will not be permitted to attend future classes until fee is paid. Cancellations must be received before class by canceling online or by faxing (504) 888-1812. No verbal cancellations. All cell phones, laptops, and other electronic equipment must be turned off during class. Phone calls are limited to your breaks only.
