This comprehensive continuing education course provides real estate professionals, appraisers with a detailed understanding of the ANSI-Z765 standard for measuring single-family residential properties. Through practical examples and in-depth instruction, participants will learn how to accurately calculate and report square footage using nationally recognized measurement guidelines.
