This course will go over the recent changes to the Mandatory forms used in Louisiana, cover the major changes to FEMA’s flood rating policies, and review the LREC advertising guidelines. This will fulfill the requirement for the 2023 Mandatory course as mandates by the LREC for both salespersons and Brokers.

This class will be held Virtually with Brent Lancaster from Bob Brooks School. You will receive an email the day before with the instructions on how to get into the class. You must download the Adobe Connect App to access this course.
