  1.  Students will understand the types of donations, the capacity needed for a donor/done, the concept of forced heirship and what is prohibited.
  2. Students will know the types of Wills accepted in Louisiana, the requirements to make a valid will and the concept of disinhersion
  3. Students will know the difference between an intestate v. testate Succession, the distribution of separate and community assets in an estate, and the concept of renunciation.
