UPDATE NOTICE: 04/24/2024

Attention ROAM MLS and Supra eKey subscribers,

Supra’s Development Team is working diligently to resolve the continued nationwide system issues with the Supra eKey App. The latest update from Supra was reported today at 10:39am.

The update is as follows:

Dear Valued Supra Customer,
As an update to our previous communication, we have partially restored functions of the Supra System. At present, we are experiencing issues with wireless updates and authorization codes. Both are taking longer than normal to process.

The current status of our systems is reflected below:

How are Updates Available?

  • KIM voice (888-968-4032)

What is NOT Working?
These are slower than normal (about 5-10 minutes to process):

  • Key updates
  • Authorization codes 

What IS Working?

  • SupraNET
  • SupraWEB
  • KIM voice (888-968-4032)
