URGENT – Ethics Deadline December 31!
If you are not in compliance with Cycle V Code of Ethics Training, you need to send proof of completion of ethics to NOMAR. If you have completed this course, send proof via fax (504) 888-1812 or via email (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) by December 31, 2018.
If you have not completed the course, visit www.nomar.org/coe for a list of options for completing it. If NOMAR does not have proof of your completion of Cycle V Code of Ethics training by December 31, 2018, your MLS access will be suspended until proof of completion is received and processed. Certificates are processed in the order in which they are received.
Broker Mandatory Next Year:
LREC has announced that there will be a mandatory topic course for brokers. All broker licensees must complete 2019 Broker Mandatory as well as the 2019 Mandatory topic course LREC Updates and Addenda. Both broker and agent licensees must complete a total of 12 hours of CE in 2019.
